Refund Policy

Returning Items (will cost the user money)

  • You have a 5-day window to return items after receiving your order, factoring in the transit time back to our warehouse.

  • Items must be in new, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items with noticeable odours or wear and tear.

  • All returns are evaluated against these criteria, and items failing to meet them will be sent back to you.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for socks due to sanitary concerns.

  • Once we receive the product(s in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the original order price minus shipping within 7-10 business days, with the refund going back to the initial payment source.

Exchanges

  • If you believe your items are defective, contact our customer service department at info@classifyathleisure.co.za. Provide a brief description of the issue, its location, and relevant photographs.

  • We assess exchanges on a case-by-case basis. You may not always need to return defective items to us.

  • Claims for defective goods must be made within the 5-day window.

  • Until the goods are received and checked into our warehouse, the responsibility for the returned package remains with you.

  • We’ll inform you of the next steps after processing your package in our warehouse, and exchanges are sent via normal delivery (not rapid delivery).

  • Exchanges are limited to the original purchase price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale and clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Processing returns can take two to five days.

  • While every effort is made to replace stock with a comparable product, we may provide a refund or credit if the desired product is unavailable. All additional return requirements must be met.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • Contact customer support at info@classifyathleisure.co.za if you receive the incorrect or damaged item, or if an item is missing.

  • You are responsible for the expense of returning your items, and the shipping cost is not refundable.

  • You’ll need to cover any balance if the cost of the new item exceeds that of the returned item, or we’ll refund the difference if the cost of the replacement item is lower.

Incorrect Size/Fit

  • You’re responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Use your preferred courier service.

  • You’ll need to pay an additional cost for the correct-sized item(s) to be shipped back to you from our warehouse.

  • Please refer to our size chart or contact us at info@classifyathleisure.co.za for assistance in determining your size. We recommend reaching out before making a purchase to ensure the best fit.

Mis-Packed Order

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us at info@classifyathleisure.co.za with details about the incorrect product, including style name, colour, and size.

  • We’ll make arrangements for our courier service to collect the wrong item(s), and we’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost once the shipment is confirmed.
